Our client is looking for a Stock Controller / Admin Assistant to join their organisation.
Requirements:
- Data literacy - strong numerical reasoning.
- MS Office competency (particularly Excel and Outlook).
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Previous experience in stock control and administrative assistance.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work well with suppliers, customers, and other team members.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills.
- Fantastic office admin skills.
- Fantastic communicator (both verbal and written).
Responsibilities:
- Uncompromising work quality and ethics.
- Establish, promote, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintain and update stock records.
- General administrative duties as per request.
Qualifications:
- Matric.
- Previous experience in the Packaging Industry will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Stock Control administration/management will be an advantage.
- N6 Office Administration will be an advantage.
