The role requires 2-3 years' manufacturing and stock control experience, strong numerical ability, and hands-on proficiency with Sage and Excel. You will work with production, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to maintain accurate stock records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate packaging and consumable stock levels.
• Perform daily stock counts and reconciliations.

• Capture and process stock transactions on Sage.
• Manage inter-branch transfers (IBTs) and warehouse movements.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks.
• Assist with month-end stock counts and reporting.
• Prepare stock loss and gain analyses.
• Ensure system stock aligns with physical stock holdings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for stock reconciliations, cycle counts, variance investigations, warehouse transfers, system transactions, and month-end stock reporting. This role requires a hands‑on individual with strong attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records while working closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
