Senior SAP MM Specialist - Drive Excellence in Materials Management with SAP S / 4 HANA

We're looking for a Senior SAP Materials Management (MM) Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Senior SAP MM Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP MM solutions within the organization. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders—including global supply chain leaders, IT teams, and business users—to analyze business requirements and align them with SAP best practices, ensuring optimal procurement and materials management processes. Your expertise will contribute to the system's success and drive change management activities, helping the organization embrace system upgrades and enhancements seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the SAP MM module to meet business requirements and improve materials management processes.
2. Configure and maintain SAP MM settings, including MRP, goods receipt processing, goods movements (GR / IR), logistics invoice verification, physical inventory, and internal / external reporting.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into SAP solutions, ensuring the integration of SAP MM with other modules like FICO, EAM, and PS.
4. Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP MM, ensuring smooth system upgrades and performance.
5. Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes and ensure quality standards are met.
6. Support change management efforts for projects, upgrades, and enhancements, promoting adoption and minimizing operational disruptions.
7. Mentor and motivate team members, serving as a consultant to other consultants within the Information Systems team.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 10 years of expert knowledge in SAP S / 4 HANA Materials Management (MM) and Fiori apps, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.

Technical Expertise: Experience with COUPA source-to-pay processes and integration with S / 4 HANA. Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with other modules like FICO, EAM (PM), and PS.

Skills: Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus. Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and SAP Certification.

Additional Skills: Experience in hybrid models (projects and support environments) and knowledge of ITIL frameworks for IT service management.

Global Experience: Familiarity with global, cross-cultural work environments and an ability to manage planned and unplanned activities effectively.
