Salary: R8 000 – R9 000 CTC per month + Accommodation (Live-in position).

Requirements:

  • Matric – additional certification in stock control, supply chain, or inventory management advantageous
  • 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of stock/inventory management systems (advantageous)
  • Computer literate with good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full audits) and reconcile discrepancies
  • Manage stock replenishments and reorders based on sales forecasts and minimum stock levels
  • Receive, inspect, and record all new stock arrivals
  • Track and report on stock usage, damages, and losses
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and returns
  • Work with department heads to organize stock movements and ensure availability
  • Implement stock rotation practices to minimize wastage
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review
  • Support process improvements in stock control systems and procedures
