SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Capture and maintain accurate stock records on ERP or inventory systems.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and storage in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies and losses.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and internal controls.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in stock control within the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory/ERP systems).
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and stock handling protocols.
