The team is growing, and we are looking for a Statutory Compliance Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team in an Administrative Assistant role. This position focuses on providing comprehensive assistance to our clients in secretarial functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing corporate records, and delivering high-quality administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support in secretarial functions for our clients. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing corporate documentation, maintaining accurate records.

Administrative Functions
Annual Returns
  • Prepare a turnover report
  • Drafting of Compliance Checklist and emailing to clients
Deed Searches
  • Performing Deed Searches using Windeed
FICA Compliance and e-FICA Agent
  • Liaising with the clients and requesting the required FICA documentation
  • Scanning and saving of these documents
  • Making photocopies of company, close corporations and Trust documents, etc., as required by the client, banking institutions or attorneys, etc.
General
  • Preparation of general correspondence, e-mail communications, minutes and resolutions
  • Liaising with clients, CIPC and Master of the High Court
  • Maintaining registers and minute books
  • Assistance to department members in all aspects
