A healthcare organization is seeking two Staff Nurses to provide patient-centered palliative care. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team, management of medicines, and supporting patient daily living activities. Hours: 36 hours / week (part-time)
Salary: £33,247- £41,424 per annum (pro-rata)
Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays) pro-rata
Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts - Day (07:30-20:00), Night (19:30-08:00)
