Job description

This position involves examining various types of electronically and paper-based (digitized) information using bespoke applications to determine their relevance to specific cases. It requires legal professionals to carefully assess data for relevance, privilege, and potential evidentiary value. Review platforms and software facilitate efficient and thorough analysis through keyword searches, tagging, and categorization.

Responsibilities

1. Understand the application being used, the project scope, and workflow processes. Comprehensive training will be provided.
2. Work with and under the direction of our clients, their in-house counsel, and outside merits counsel, which may include interaction with clients and witnesses.
3. Exercise legal judgment to identify issues and issue tags on each document according to case specifications.
4. Provide subjective comments on the relevance or importance of documents when required.
5. Conduct privilege reviews and perform redactions as appropriate, exercising legal judgment.
