Job description

The purpose of the senior recruitment consultant is to partner with hiring managers to find candidates to fill temporary and permanent job positions within SLA.

The Recruitment Consultant's is responsible for attracting the right culture fit and skill sets into the business using marketing techniques such as advertising and facilitate the entire KT Fit process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and record job vacancy information from relevant parties (Campaign Manager / HR / Resource Planner etc)
  • Organise advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns
  • Interview applicants and record relevant details
  • Conduct assessments (where necessary)
  • Prepare shortlists of candidates for referral to relevant parties (where necessary)
  • Check references and suitability of applicants
  • Assist with sales and marketing duties designed to increase the data base
  • Observe jobs to obtain information about job requirements
  • Prepare letters of appointment (offer letters)
  • Liaise with relevant parties (internally) wrt to promotions and internal recruitment
  • Post adverts internally and externally
  • Schedule interviews
  • Sit in as unbiased party in internal interviews
  • Deliver regret letters / emails / meetings to unsuccessful applicants
  • Scheduling open days and assisting with other marketing and HR projects
  • Managing the company social media sites and networks

Key Requirements

Professional Experience :

  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Degree / diploma preferrence but not required
  • Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Sales and Customer service skills
