We are looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Program Manager - Pricing, who is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and passionate about developing strategy and launching products to support our pricing and promotion initiatives. This role is both creative and data-driven — we seek someone who can lead strategic programs across a large group of stakeholders.

This includes strategy and execution, evolving the program processes and tools, and developing mechanisms for tracking and auditing — all with the goal of delivering the right customer experience.

This role requires thinking big about customer experience, price perception, scalability, and long-term automation, alongside tactical execution, delivery, auditing, reporting, and conducting reviews. The ideal candidate can build relationships across functional stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder and customer needs to plan future work and program deliverables, possess strong communication skills, a deep sense of ownership, and the ability to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key job responsibilities

1. Design and own the strategic vision for the Pricing program
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap of enhancements
3. Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail category management, finance, technology, and analytics teams
4. Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing strategies or processes and drive development with technical and business partners
5. Craft compelling recommendation documents, launch announcements, senior leadership updates, and newsletters
6. Prioritize roadmaps and make trade-off decisions in a fast-paced, changing business environment
7. Build and own mechanisms for business reporting, auditing, and reviews
8. Manage change processes and communications for effective rollout and updates

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Senior program management experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition, and end-to-end product delivery
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred qualifications

• Retail/e-commerce experience
