As a Sr. Field Sales Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the organization's growth and success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical expertise to promote and sell complex application solutions. Your responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will develop and manage consultative services, facilitate efforts with internal and external teams, evaluate current solutions, and stay informed on trends impacting customer requirements for maximum throughput and productivity. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to influence customers towards Honeywell solutions.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will work remotely and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Software, and Service teams to drive effectiveness through a total solution mindset. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations, develop team knowledge and skills for innovative solutions, and act as a bridge between product strategy and implementation. Your goal is to help Honeywell win customers by sharing your knowledge of products and solutions that compete in the market.
