Job description

As a Software Asset Management Senior Analyst, you will join our team and help ensure our software license compliance.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitoring and analyzing software license compliance to ensure adherence to company standards.
  2. Developing and documenting software asset management processes and procedures, including maintaining accurate software inventory records.
  3. Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting solutions, while researching and evaluating new software licensing options.
  4. Maintaining current knowledge of software asset management trends and best practices.
  5. Providing support to internal stakeholders on software asset management-related matters.
  6. Liaising with vendors to ensure licensing agreements are met, while monitoring and responding to compliance alerts.
  7. Developing and presenting reports and metrics on software license compliance.
Requirements
  1. BSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a Software Asset Management role.
  3. Experience with Cloud technologies and a strong understanding of SAM processes.
  4. Exceptional knowledge of IT software licensing principles.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and identify process improvements.
  7. Proven ability to troubleshoot and utilize various Software Asset Management tools.
