Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology with a specialization in Sports Psychology.
• Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant professional body.
• Proven experience working as a Sports Psychologist with athletes or sports teams.
• Proficiency in various psychological assessment and intervention techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify athletes' psychological strengths and areas for development.
• Develop and implement individualized mental training programs to enhance performance.
