The role requires statistical modeling, data visualization, and programming in Python/R/SQL; experience with Tableau/Power BI; collaboration with coaches and athletes; and a passion for data-driven sports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Sports Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of experience in sports analytics or a similar data analysis role.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Collect and process large datasets from various sports performance tracking systems.
Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze player and team performance.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports for coaches, athletes, and management.
