Job description

As a Sport Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and organizing a variety of sports and fitness activities for our guests. This includes but is not limited to land-based activities such as yoga, Pilates, and aerobics, as well as water-based activities such as swimming, water aerobics, and water polo. You will also have the opportunity to lead group hikes and bike rides during shore excursions.

In addition to leading activities, you will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning sports equipment, ensuring the safety of guests during activities, and providing exceptional customer service at all times. You will work closely with the onboard entertainment team to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and fitness, with experience leading group classes and activities. Fluency in German is a must, as you will be interacting with guests from German-speaking countries. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
