Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills, speech production, and language development
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve therapy goals
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on speech and language disorders and strategies to improve communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current licensure as a Speech Therapist
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
