Qualifications

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to assess diagnose and manage paediatric clients with communication and / or feeding disorders across varied service models. This flexible role supports autonomy professional development and worklife balance while delivering lifechanging outcomes for children and their families.

Reporting directly to the Practice Director some of your responsibilities will include :

  • Delivering evidencebased speech pathology assessments and therapy in clinics schools homes or online.
  • Contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team culture and sharing knowledge through peer mentoring.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives community education and health promotion programs.
  • Collaborating with families educators and allied professionals to create tailored treatment plans.

About You

The successful candidate will have :

  • A recognised degree in Speech Pathology and current membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience in paediatric speech pathology (desirable) or strong clinical placement experience if a new graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a clientfocused ethical approach.
  • A valid Drivers Licence Working With Children Check and Police Clearance.
