Qualifications

• National Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a powder coatings trade sales role.
• Translate customers’ product needs into technical specifications.
• Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Build and influence relationships at senior levels to gain commercial advantage and secure new opportunities.
• Create market awareness of Interpon products and services and track projects.
• Deliver CPD and training to customers and specifiers.
• Implement the annual specifications and marketing plan and act as Brand Specialist.
• Maintain CRM and project data, track conversions and follow up leads.
