You will be responsible for executing specialized cleaning protocols, ensuring strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on role demanding precision, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness in challenging settings. Experience with biohazard cleaning or cleanroom protocols is a significant advantage for this Cape Town position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning and decontamination procedures in high-risk environments such as hospitals, laboratories, and manufacturing facilities.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, including high-pressure washers, steam cleaners, and industrial vacuums.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials and waste in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure optimal hygiene levels.
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to verify the effectiveness of procedures.
• Wear and maintain appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities performed.
• Work efficiently and effectively, often under time constraints, to minimize disruption to client operations in Cape Town.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and client site rules.

Requirements
