Purpose Statement- To provide a specialist sourcing service for the purposes of external talent acquisition, through:
- Appropriate channel selection
- Appropriate direct talent sourcing techniques.
- Market research and lead generation.
- Applicant screening and engagement
ExperienceMinimum:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in:
- Direct sourcing techniques and methods, specifically aimed at passive candidates with scarce and/or critical skill sets
- Telephonic screening techniques for the purpose of shortlisting or attracting candidates upholding an excellent candidate experience through effective response handling and timeous candidate feedback
- Market Mapping and gathering marketing intelligence
Ideal:
- 5+ years in a talent sourcing and acquisition environment
- Experience in working with a wide variety of candidate sourcing platforms
- Prior experience with working on SAP Success Factors
- Strong talent network
Qualifications (Minimum)Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)- A relevant degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
KnowledgeMinimum:
- General HR processes and procedures
- Relevant legislation (i.e., LRA, Employment Equity Act)
- Effective and efficient telephonic interviewing/screening techniques
- Competency based recruitment
- Sourcing approaches and methods
Ideal:
Skills- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Communications Skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
