Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Specialist Solution Analyst to join our team.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of technology, data, and financial markets, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven solutions that support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analytics & Machine Learning: Act as a technical lead in the design, development, and implementation of scalable data and analytics solutions for global markets.
2. Translate complex business requirements into end-to-end technical architectures, leveraging APIs, cloud platforms, and ML models.
3. Develop and optimize data pipelines, real-time data streams, and data connectors across internal systems and third-party platforms.
4. Collaborate with quant teams, traders, and data scientists to support advanced analytics and AI / ML model integration.
5. Ensure robust data governance, quality, and security in compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
6. Lead API integration efforts with external market data providers, financial institutions, and fintech platforms.
7. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation within the data and analytics ecosystem.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Proficiency in programming and coding (Python, SQL, Java or Scala preferred).
2. Strong experience in data engineering (ETL / ELT pipelines, data wrangling, performance tuning).
3. Deep knowledge of API integrations, RESTful services, and data connector frameworks.
4. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially in a data context (e.g., S3, BigQuery, Snowflake, Lambda).
5. Familiarity with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and model deployment practices.
6. Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow).

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in data-focused roles within financial services, banking or global markets environments.

Package & Remuneration:

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, applicable industry experience, and previous earnings.
