Role Description
- Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Liquid C2 revenue targets and customer outcomes are met. Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies. Orchestrates the full customer team across all areas of Liquid C2 to ensure focus on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle, building deep trust with Liquid C2.
- Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities, growth, and net new business. Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are addressed.
- Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across solution areas to achieve growth in revenue and market share. Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, business strategies, and key industry partners and solutions through direct engagement.
Requirements
- Certified in AZ-900, AC-900, OR MS-900: Essential
- At least 3 years pre-sales experience: Essential
- Customer obsessed with excellent relationship management, negotiation, and focus on customer needs
- Interested in innovation and technological trends
- Ambitious and courageous, focused on winning large bids and growing Liquid’s market lead
- Design solutions that can be delivered quickly and effectively, reducing bid lifecycle
- Re-use standard solutions/technologies to reduce costs and enhance customer experience
- Flexible and pragmatic in dealings with customers
- Excellent communication skills, proactive in addressing issues, and effective in virtual team environments
- Knowledge of Liquid C2
- Experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development roles
