The Specialist: Sales Operations role is a global SYSPRO role involved in supporting the sales operations team objectives by analyzing, designing, and improving global sales processes and tools to influence the strategic framework set out by the business. This role includes working with all key global stakeholders across functions, disciplines, and business units, and influencing where necessary to achieve alignment and standardization where applicable. Overall, this role drives revenue and cost optimization by empowering the sales teams to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring global sales optimisation across business units and central, evaluating technologies and reducing inefficiencies as well as enhancing collaboration throughout the key departments/divisions.
Implementing global sales methodologies and processes throughout the business.
Aligning global sales processes within sales tools to remove inefficiencies within the global BI systems.
Integrate and modernize sales tools within the sales process to increase automation, implementing processes into system where necessary.
Ensuring data management from systems contributes to global performance reporting requirements.
Work together with internal IT committees to ensure sales technology is managed and maintained.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring global performance measures, including tracking and reporting on project statuses, global Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management and working towards formulating dashboard reporting and generating global sales insights for sales management to drive strategic decisions.
Essential Qualifications
BCom Degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience within finance, commercial, engineering, or business operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Data Analysis and Excel / BI reporting.
Project Management and system implementations.
Process improvement.
CRM (HubSpot) and CPQ administration.
Problem Solving & Critical thinking.
Strong commercial and system knowledge to support sales.
Proactive and possesses interpersonal and communication skills.
