About The Role

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee the effective management and development of specific property assets, achieving growth and profitability objectives, and managing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide input and execute property strategies related to the specific property.
  • Manage all centre operations, including retail management, marketing, leasing, health and safety, and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Commerce, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
  • 5-7 years retail property management experience.
  • 3-5 years as a General Manager of a Super Regional/Regional shopping centre.
  • 2-4 years in project management, planning, development/redevelopment.
Key Duties

Includes strategic management, risk and compliance management, property asset management, business unit/division management, people management, relationship management, property management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
