The Psychology team is multidisciplinary, and we have research psychologists, organisational psychologists and psychometrists. We are open to adapting the job title to be the most appropriate for the successful applicant (e.g., specialist organisational psychologist, specialist psychometrist).

The Role: As a Specialist Research Psychologist, you’ll sit at the heart of our innovation. You’ll design and deliver high-impact research, validate and enhance our psychometric assessments and author impactful academic publications. Working cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help shape solutions that are academically robust, commercially relevant, and transformative for our customers.
