We are looking for an effective, enthusiastic Specialist Recruiter to support the growing talent demands of our client base. In this role, you will collaborate with our recruitment team to source, engage, and secure top-tier talent for our clients.

You’ll need to rely on your sound judgment, communication skills, and resourcefulness to attract and place critical and scarce skills in the market. If you are ethical, proactive, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Location : Stellenbosch-based (Remote work option available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into clear job descriptions.
  • Attract top talent through job advertisements, direct sourcing, social media, LinkedIn, and databases.
  • Screen CVs and applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Manage the candidate screening process, including scheduling and conducting pre-interview assessments.
  • Perform reference checks and coordinate other vetting processes (education, criminal, credit checks).
  • Maintain accurate records on candidate and client databases.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BSc / BA degree in Industrial Psychology, HR, IT, or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in specialist recruitment (Technology, Finance, Engineering, or Logistics).
  • Good understanding of technical profiles and industry-specific terminology.
  • Proficient in sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and target-driven.
  • Own transport, cellphone, and laptop.
