DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Managing relationships with the project stakeholders and customers.

Maintain the schedule of the project and controlling changes.

Work with country Programme leads, responsible for holding weekly working groups and individual Programme progress calls.

Maintain quality planning, quality assurance and quality control for the project.

Identifying, documenting and assigning project roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships.

Ensuring timely and appropriate generation and dissemination of project information.

Maintenance of project tracking schedule at a Group level and individual banks.

Identifying, analysing and managing project risks.

• QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS;

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Project Management experience in Banking projects will be an advantage.

Proven Project Management and Change Management skills and expertise.

Possess a level of financial understanding as Programme is financially linked, a level of financial analysis skills will be advantageous.

Powerpoint and Excel skills are a prerequisite.

Experience of employing change management best practices and disciplines.

Experience of managing activity across the whole of a project lifecycle.

Exposure to governance, control and risk management.

Proven ability to effectively work across teams at all levels.

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED :

Expertise with Linux systems, containers (Docker), and container orchestration.

Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the jurisdiction.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability and cultural sensitivity for working in new environments.

BENEFICIAL SKILLS :

Experience with real estate acquisition and facilities management.

Knowledge of security systems and risk management.

Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.

Experience in budget management and financial planning.

Understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements.

PACKAGE & REMUNERATION :

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, applicable banking experience, and previous earnings.
