The Everyday Banking Core Technology Support team within our Core Banking Division is looking for a dedicated Production Application Support Specialist to manage our essential Cheques and Pricing applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise in a pivotal role, maintaining the stability and enhancing the functionality of core banking services.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert production support for COBOL-based applications, diligently investigating and resolving issues to minimize disruption.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system problems, delivering timely and efficient fixes.
• Actively participate in root cause analysis sessions, implementing sustainable, long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Enhance and maintain legacy COBOL applications, adapting them to meet evolving business requirements and ensuring their continued relevance.
• Collaborate closely with QA, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver robust and integrated solutions.
• Be part of a crucial team, contributing to 24/7 standby responsibilities on a rotational basis to ensure continuous operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:
