Job description

We are seeking a Specialist Mechanical Process Engineer to join a leading foundry at the forefront of robotics, AI, and advanced manufacturing. If you hold a postgraduate BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering and have a solid 5+ years of experience in a foundry or steel manufacturing environment, with hands-on exposure to melting, casting, and core shop operations, this is your opportunity to shape world-class processes in a high-tech, data-driven environment.



We're looking for a professional with strong process engineering skills, a sharp quality focus, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.



Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and optimize foundry processes (melting, casting, core shop)
  • Define process parameters for new equipment and automation
  • Analyse trends, resolve quality issues, and drive improvements
  • Support project scopes and technical documentation (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, TS 16949)



Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:30
  • Friday: 07:00 - 13:00
  • Overtime: Occasionally required
