Job Summary

Provide fiduciary end-to-end advisory services on estate planning, wealth management, trusts, and company formation and administration for high net-worth clients across various banking channels, aligned with Absa Trust's strategy. Train bankers and financial advisors to deliver comprehensive client value.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advisory Services: Assist clients with estate, retirement, and insurance planning; support in wealth structuring and drafting estate documents; provide legal, tax, and financial planning advice; deliver technical training; support strategic projects.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ensure compliance and alignment with legal and tax standards; liaise with international partners.
  3. Revenue Generation: Manage profitability and meet sales targets for wills, trusts, and estate planning products; oversee application processing, document filing, and client onboarding.
  4. Customer Service: Handle client communications, resolve complaints within 24 hours, and maintain high service standards.
  5. Compliance: Adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies; complete required training; ensure risk management practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law or Taxation; FSCA-Approved Qualification; Regulatory Exam (RE5); ongoing professional development; integrity and good standing.
