Manage, coordinate, and control TFR investigations within corridors, align with strategic plans, and collaborate with internal and external role players to implement measures that protect assets and prevent losses through criminal activities. Implement provincial security policies and ensure compliance for RSR audits.
Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Policing, Forensic Investigation, or Criminology with a minimum of 5 years' experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Alternatively, 8 years' experience without a degree, with 4 in supervision. Must hold a Code B Driver’s License; PSIRA registration and firearm handling skills are advantageous. Must be prepared to obtain PSIRA Grade A within 3 months of appointment.
Knowledge of TFR policies, criminal law, loss control, forensic investigation, and security operations. Skills include analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and conflict management. Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
