Job Description

To implement winning Integrated Marketing and Communication (IMC) campaigns for the BU/country segment / sector / product / coverage area in scope, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing delivery across all advertising, direct marketing and digital marketing channels and activities to deliver a consistent and compelling message to target audiences. To contribute to marketing excellence, innovation, partnerships, and collaboration in the BU/country whilst aligning to the Group standards.

Qualifications

  • First Degree: Business Commerce, Marketing

Experience Required

Integrated Marketing

  • Brand & Marketing 1-2 years' experience in engaging at an Executive level in organizations in order to develop marketing plans.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other marketing technology to streamline processes, improve campaign effectiveness and with the financial services industry, including understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • 5-7 years' experience developing innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences, working with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM and using data and metrics to inform campaigns and measure performance.
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
