Core Description

Responsible for leading the data science and analytics function by conceptualising, extracting, analysing, and interpreting data to create predictive and machine learning models across Openserve and its customers. Provide subject matter expertise on the discipline of machine learning and predictive analytics to benefit decision making and business outcomes for Openserve.

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop predictive analytical models that advise business with regards to trends, patterns and relationships in data to drive Openserve outputs.
  • Develop integration between data, insights, and foresight to realise value of data as an asset.
  • Analyse trends from operational data analytics, operational dashboards, and market trends to provide insights to the Openserve business.
  • Apply best practices in business intelligence data modelling for advanced analytics and machine learning to benefit Openserve’s business and IT outcomes.
  • Provide data analytics that deliver foresight using machine learning and data science across Openserve business units.
  • Engage with a wide range of technical stakeholders including analysts, data engineers, database administrators and solutions architects to achieve insights and foresights.
  • Working with other data engineers and data modelers to implement, and manage data vaults, data transformations and data pipelines.
  • Contribute to a data driven culture within Openserve to ensure that business and IT decisions are enhanced to provide business value.
  • Actively participate in ongoing cross skilling and knowledge sharing within wider teams to foster data driven thinking.
  • Build and deploy AI and ML platforms to enable the business intelligence team to perform predictive analytics and machine learning.
