Job Description:

  • Ensure tracking of KPI / SLA commitments within the Network Operations environment and monitor governance across vendors.
  • Assist with efficient financial management for OPEX and CAPEX within the Network Operations department.
  • Load KPIs onto the contract management tool, maintain them, and manage ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in a Financial / Commercial environment.
  • Experience in Project Management, Contract Management.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Experience working across business departments/support.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience in medium-sized organizations.
