Core Description
Responsible for identifying, developing, managing and supporting multiple channels to generate revenue from broadband sales. Create and manage a strategy to generate leads, in different segments or markets, resulting in improved channel performance, in accordance with the broader objectives and strategy of the company. In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, champion a customer-centric approach in all channel-related initiatives to guarantee revenue growth. Establish relationships with critical stakeholders in various markets to drive Openserve objectives. Accountable for overall support to all mass market channel requirements and escalations.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales, revenue growth, Retention planning, and campaign execution
- Sales channel establishment, maintenance, and performance management.
- Develop appropriate sales channels to deliver on targets.
- Monitor channel performance and profitability
- improve penetration through sales, and marketing investment proposals
- Identify opportunities for network investment in gated communities (and other new developments) and respond to requests for proposals to secure new network build and revenues.
- Develop and execute sales plans to monetize investments.
- build long term strategic partnerships across channels to monetize existing inventory and generate interest for new build
- End to end service-oriented customer management
- Managing of suppliers and Multi Channels
- Develop marketing activities and support the channels
- Develop and automate platforms to enable lead generation
- Enable sales of existing and new products or solutions.
- Monitoring performance
- Identify Channels for broadband revenue growth
- Provide channel intelligence and performance insights
- Identify lead and lag performance indicators
- Influence business plan forecasting
- Support operational and strategic decision making
- Increase market penetration
- Channel onboarding (Commercial & Contractual)
- Renewal of agreements and contracts
- Commercial evaluation of channel performance versus incentive cost.
Manage the channel programs in alignment with Openserve objectives in terms of the following:
- Develop channel strategy marketing effort to recruit new participants
- Reward and recognition management as well as performance reporting
- Invoicing and commission payment processes
- Manage platform and processes for various channels
- Marketing activities and campaigns to improve sales

- Qualification preferably in Channel Development/ Sales/ Marketing-related field.
- Experience preferably in channel development/ management and sales.
