Job description

Purpose Of The Job

To design and apply research techniques to gather, process, and analyse insights. Conduct relevant market and bespoke research, identify market conduct trends, write reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves international benchmarking research considering behavioral insights techniques and conducting fieldwork research such as mystery shopping.

Key Performance Areas
  1. Assist in designing and applying research techniques for insights gathering and analysis.
  2. Collect primary data through questionnaires, surveys, interviews, etc.
  3. Conduct mystery shopping, surveys, and other fieldwork research.
  4. Perform international benchmarking research using diverse sources.
  5. Record, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial consumer sentiments from online and social media.
  7. Write research proposals, reports, and present findings.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and generate insights.
  9. Perform additional tasks to enhance departmental performance.
