Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and processing e-mails received from clients.
Helping and serving our clients by resolving their queries in accordance with our Client Care processes.
Giving skincare and product advice.
Liaising with Logistics and our courier service providers.
Pitching offers and processing orders.
Many other ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
Completed Degree or 2-year Diploma.
Excellent telephone manner.
Patience, empathy, and good listening skills.
Expert in multi-tasking.
Perform well under pressure.
Fully bilingual in English and one other South African language.

About the Position
A basic salary of R19 000 per month on a fixed term contract until Dec 2024.
