Job description

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and processing e-mails received from clients.
  • Helping and serving our clients by resolving their queries in accordance with our Client Care processes.
  • Giving skincare and product advice.
  • Liaising with Logistics and our courier service providers.
  • Pitching offers and processing orders.
  • Many other ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Completed Degree or 2-year Diploma.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Patience, empathy, and good listening skills.
  • Expert in multi-tasking.
  • Perform well under pressure.
  • Fully bilingual in English and one other South African language.

About the Position

  • A basic salary of R19 000 per month on a fixed term contract until Dec 2024.
