Spare Parts Manager (POS25056)

Location: Johannesburg South

Salary: R 25 000 to R 27 000 per month

Purpose Of Job

To promote and sell the full range of products offered by the client and to develop and create a favourable customer rapport with all clients.

Requirements

1. Matric
2. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Sales, preferably with Heavy Commercial Vehicle spare parts sales (Truck and Trailer).
3. Computer literacy in MS Office and SYSPRO.
4. Good understanding of sales administration.
5. Good communication skills and a team player.
6. Resilient and able to work well under pressure.

Duties

1. Increase sales.
2. Quote on and sell spare parts and ancillary products.
3. Handle and follow up on customer queries and back orders when parts are not available.
4. Work together with warehouse, technical, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow and confirm if customers require goods before back orders are released.
5. Handle counter sales and print picking slips for Dispatch department.
6. Maintain Syspro sales orders, ensuring only valid orders are in the system.
