Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Spa Therapist to join the team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional and passionate about wellness, dedicated to delivering a world-class spa experience to all guests.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the daily operations of the full spa portfolio.
2. Deliver a range of spa services including massages, facials, waxing, microneedling, and body treatments.
3. Acknowledge and respond to guest inquiries, needs, and expectations.
4. Recommend and promote retail products and additional treatments.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all spa therapies and product offerings.
6. Ensure treatment rooms and spa equipment are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
7. Present retail and spa areas in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner.
8. Deliver treatments to the highest standard in line with the estate's quality expectations.
9. Ensure every guest has a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

Main Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications in aesthetics (e.g., Master Diploma in Aesthetician, ITEC, CIDESCO, or SAAHSP).
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Spa Therapist.
3. Skilled in a variety of massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, and holistic therapies.
4. Passionate about healing and wellness.
5. Basic computer literacy.
6. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
