Who We're Looking For :

Village n life is looking for a Spa Sales Executive to join their exceptional Mint Wellness team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of fostering meaningful relationships with clients, suppliers, Spa Operators and front desk coordinators to drive growth and sales to promote our wellness brand.

Your mission is to cultivate strong connections, provide top-notch service, and deliver value that goes beyond expectations, leaving a lasting impression that encourages return customers.

What Is Required :

As a Spa Sales Executive you will drive sales by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with suppliers / partners, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your primary focus will be on generating sales, coordinating promotional initiatives, and ensuring our clients are informed, engaged, and excited about what we have to offer. Managing inquiries on the “hot phone” to supporting spa operations, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable resource that clients rely on to tailor their experience and receive exceptional service / products.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience in the same or similar position
  • Communications – must be a strong communicator in verbal and written forms
  • Above average efficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A passion for Spas and Wellness, and guest and client experiences
