The exclusive Camps Bay Retreat, looming under The Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head in Camps Bay is looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join their experienced team. The receptionist is responsible for the smooth and enjoyable experience of guests while supporting the overall front desk operations.

What is required :

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience that sets the tone for their visit. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the front desk operations of property, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. This includes handling appointments, managing guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow within the property.

The Receptionist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing personalised service by addressing guest needs, and ensuring that all aspects of their visit are handled with care and attention. With contributing to a positive and relaxing environment, the Receptionist helps to create memorable and satisfying experience that align with the luxury standards of the property.

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a Receptionist in a Spa
  • MS Office, Excel and ESP.
  • Opera cloud knowledge will be extremely advantageous.
  • Excellent client service, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
