Review budgets and ensure the spa meets its revenue targets.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory of beauty, bath, and treatment products.

Ensure the spa complies with health and safety regulations.

Oversee staff training so that everyone knows their jobs and roles.

Business Development

Create and implement a business development plan.

Spa Treatments

Perform spa treatments, massages, facials, and wellness therapies.

Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. A formal nationally recognised Degree or Diploma.
3. Additional managerial, business or self-development courses
4. At least 7 years experience in the Spa industry with at least 2+ years in a Spa Management role.
5. Experienced with spa management software.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and professional email etiquette.
7. Leadership and team management experience.
8. Understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies.
