Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of program management experience.
• Experience in fundraising and grant writing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for community programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned community programs.
