Placements24 is seeking an Area Cleaning Operations Coordinator to oversee on-site cleaning across multiple Soweto sites. You will lead cleaning teams, schedule tasks, perform quality checks, and manage supplies, ensuring service levels meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations across client sites in Soweto.
• Schedule cleaning teams to ensure adequate staffing and efficient task allocation.
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections to meet standards.
• Train onboarding of new staff on procedures and safety.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Address client inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and work completed.
