Sous Chef

Location: Polokwane, Limpopo

We are looking for a strong Sous Chef to:

1. Train and motivate kitchen staff members
2. Manage the a la carte and banqueting pass on a daily basis
3. Create and maintain recipes
4. Hold daily meetings and handovers with staff
5. Manage staff rostering
6. Maintain and achieve food costing targets
7. Maintain and implement hygiene standards
8. Assist with monthly stock takes
9. Oversee hotel breakfasts

Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a sous chef position in a 5-star environment.

Salary: R18000,00 Monthly
