• Assist with the day-to-day management of the kitchen
• Maintain consistently high culinary and presentation standards
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth service
• Assist with menu preparation and execution
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and kitchen costs
• Support the Head Chef with staff training and kitchen operations
