Fancourt is seeking a Sous Chef to manage culinary operations including food production and catering. The ideal candidate should possess a Chefs Diploma with extensive experience in a 5-star environment. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, and can communicate comfortably and engagingly with colleagues, superiors, and guests. The position requires a 3-year Chefs Diploma from an internationally recognized institution with at least 6 years’ culinary experience, including 3 years as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
