Sous Chef – Michelin-Level Live Fire Restaurant – London Bridge

We’re recruiting a Sous Chef for one of London’s most exciting new kitchens — a premium casual Live Fire restaurant near London Bridge, led by a Michelin-starred Executive Chef.

This is a unique opportunity to work with phenomenal produce, use Michelin-level techniques, and grow your leadership skills in a high-performance but friendly kitchen. You’ll cook over fire, work with seasonal ingredients, and be part of a positive, learning-focused brigade.

  • Lead sections with precision and energy in a fast-paced service

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, prep, and communication

  • Manage ordering, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation

About you:
  • Experienced Sous Chef or ready-to-step-up Junior Sous

  • Background in Michelin-starred, Rosette or high-end fresh food kitchens

  • Strong leadership skills and a genuine interest in developing people

  • Passion for live fire and produce-led cooking

  • Calm under pressure, organised, and always striving for better

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
