Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join an accomplished culinary team. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in the management of day-to-day kitchen operations.

  • Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain effective inventory control and manage food costs within budget.
  • Collaborate with event and service teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
