Job Title: Sourcing Specialist: Motor Claims

What will you do?
- Support the Motor Claims Procurement team at Santam, based in Bellville, Cape Town.
- Execute procurement strategies, manage contracts and suppliers within the motor claims portfolio.

- Manage reporting platforms, validate system data integrity.
- Initiate procurement initiatives and develop category plans.
- Sourcing and contracting within the procurement portfolio.
- Manage costs and achieve savings.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and new projects.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to procurement governance.
- Support cross-functional sourcing team meetings and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
- BComm or equivalent procurement qualification
- Experience with motor claims suppliers (e.g., repairs, tow operators, salvage, rentals)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management
- Experience in sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
- 3-5 years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in insurance or related industry
