Job Title: Sourcing Specialist: Motor Claims

Location: Western Cape, Cape Town

What will you do?
  • Support the Motor Claims Procurement team at Santam, based in Bellville, Cape Town.
  • Execute procurement strategies, manage contracts and suppliers within the motor claims portfolio.

  • Manage reporting platforms, validate system data integrity.
  • Initiate procurement initiatives and develop category plans.
  • Sourcing and contracting within the procurement portfolio.
  • Manage costs and achieve savings.
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and new projects.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement governance.
  • Support cross-functional sourcing team meetings and other duties as assigned.
